Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations or changes must be made in writing (via email) up to 14 days prior to 12.00pm of due arrival date. For cancellations or changes received within 14 day period, full room rate will be charged. For bookings of three or more rooms, cancellation period is 21 days.
For our Advance Purchase Rate full refund will apply if cancelled at lease 30 days prior to arrival.
